- Summary: Client was in a bar at the hotel where he was staying. Client became very intoxicated and had to be carried to his room. On the way to this room the security guard felt the gun in my client’s waistband. Once they took him to his room, they shut the room and called police. Police arrived and knocked on the door and saw the gun on the bed. They arrested my client for being a felon in possession of a handgun. Client was a true habitual, meaning he was facing 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
- Resultado del caso: Motion to Suppress GRANTED. Client walked out of the jail a free man that afternoon.
